Notes, decisions, and follow-ups, captured.
Records and transcribes meetings, generates structured summaries, extracts action items with owners and deadlines, and pushes them into your project management tools automatically.
The problem
You walk out of a meeting with three pages of notes and a vague sense of what was decided. By Friday, half the action items have been forgotten and the other half are owned by "someone." Project tools sit empty because nobody has time to enter follow-ups. Decisions made in a meeting get re-litigated three weeks later because there's no record of why you chose what you chose.
What we build
We sit between your meeting platform and your project tools. Every meeting gets recorded, transcribed, and summarized into a structured doc — decisions made, action items with owners and dates, key points, and a parking lot for what didn't get resolved. Action items land directly in Asana, Linear, Monday, or Notion. A weekly digest reminds owners of open items so nothing dies in a Slack thread.
Outcomes
No more "wait, what did we decide?" threads. The summary is the source of truth, and the action items already exist where work happens.
Items entered into PM tools with owners and dates outperform "I'll remember" by every measurement.
Six months later you can ask "what did we decide about pricing in Q3?" and get the exact meeting where it was discussed.
Capabilities
Every deployment ships with these. We configure them to your business — you don't rebuild them from scratch.
Plugs into Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. Joins meetings automatically based on calendar invites — no one has to remember to hit record.
Decisions made, action items, key points, parking lot — formatted to be read in two minutes, not 90.
Pulled from natural language ("Sarah will follow up with legal by Friday") and pushed directly into your PM tool with the right assignee.
Auto-generated recap email to all attendees within minutes of the meeting ending. You skim it, optionally edit, then send.
Past meetings become a queryable knowledge base. "When did we last talk about the budget?" returns the exact meeting + timestamp.
Every Monday, each team member gets a list of action items assigned to them across all meetings — with status and deadlines.
Pricing
Pricing is monthly, cancel anytime. Most clients start at Standard and adjust after the first 90 days.
Up to 50 meetings/mo, one PM tool integration.
Up to 200 meetings/mo, all platforms, weekly digest.
Unlimited meetings, custom summary formats, analytics.
Integrations
Don't see your tool? Most integrations are 1–2 days of work — ask.
Ideal for
Any team running 10+ meetings per week, especially leadership teams, project teams, and client-facing roles where decisions and follow-ups need to be traceable.
Pairs with
Most clients run two or three solutions side by side. Here's what compounds best with this one.
Meeting summaries feed the knowledge base over time, so the team's lived institutional knowledge becomes queryable for newcomers.
See the solutionSales meeting outcomes (decisions, next steps, qualification signals) flow into pipeline data without manual CRM entry.

Yes — we recommend telling attendees the meeting is being transcribed, both for trust and because some jurisdictions require it. The bot joins as "Ahead Haus Notetaker" or whatever name you set.
Per-meeting opt-out is straightforward — title contains [private] or [no notes] and the bot won't join. We can also set up category rules (e.g. anything tagged HR is excluded).
High — but you're the editor. Every recap is sent to attendees before anything writes to PM tools, so anyone can correct an owner or deadline before it propagates.
