Proof

No case studies yet. Here's the next best thing.

Ahead Haus is early. We could fill this page with plausible-sounding numbers from engagements that haven't happened — most agencies do. Instead, here's exactly how the work gets done, and an honest offer for the first three clients.

The operating system

What you're actually buying.

Most AI projects fail on operations, not on models. So the thing worth inspecting isn't a logo wall — it's whether the person building your system has a repeatable way of doing it. Here's ours, in the open.

One template, six layers

Every system we build has the same six layers: prompt pack, tenant config, orchestration, eval pack, observability, handoff. Only the config changes per client. If a build needs us to touch the other five, the template is wrong — so we fix the template, not the client. That rule is what keeps the tenth build as cheap as the second.

Evals before launch, not after

Each solution ships with a test set of at least 20 real fixtures and a written definition of done. We know how the system behaves on your edge cases before it talks to a customer — and we can prove it still behaves that way three months later, when the model underneath has changed.

Instrumented from day one

Every step of every agent emits a trace. Accuracy, escalation rate, cost per run, and where it fails are all visible from the first day it's live — not reconstructed later from anecdotes. If we can't tell you whether it's working, we haven't done our job.

An honest internal catalog

We keep a machine-readable catalog of every solution with a build status: live, scaffold, prototype, or spec. It's why the solutions page labels what's a running prototype and what's only specified, instead of selling everything as shipping. Ask on a call and we'll tell you exactly where anything sits.

Founding clients

Three spots. Real discount. One condition.

We're taking on three founding clients before the end of October. They get a materially better deal than anyone who comes after — and in exchange, we get to publish what happened, with real numbers.

That's the whole trade. You get senior attention at a discount and a system that's instrumented more carefully than usual because we want the data. We get the case study that makes the fourth client easier to win.

If the results are bad, we publish that too. A case study nobody believes is worth nothing to us.

The founding offer

30% off

the first engagement, whichever one you start with

  • Direct access to the founder — no account manager in between
  • Extra instrumentation, so you can see the ROI as clearly as we can
  • Locked founding rate on any retainer, for as long as it runs
  • You approve the case study before anything is published

Closes

When they land

What a case study here will actually contain.

So you can hold us to it later.

  1. 01The situation before we touched anythingWhat was actually broken, measured — not a sanitized version that makes the fix look bigger.
  2. 02What we built, specificallyPlatform, integrations, what the system decides on its own and what it escalates.
  3. 03The numbers, with the baselineHours saved, conversion, cost per run — against what it was before, over a stated period.
  4. 04What didn't workThe bits we got wrong, what we changed, and anything still unresolved. This is the part most case studies quietly omit.

Want one of the three?

If you're moving on AI this quarter and you'd rather work with someone who tells you what isn't built yet, let's talk. Founding clients shape what Ahead Haus becomes.
