Ahead Haus is an AI product studio. This policy covers the information we handle when you visit ahead.haus or use the forms and tools on it. If you have questions, email hello@ahead.haus.

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• — Contact form: your name, email, and the message you send.
• — AI Readiness Scorecard: your answers, the score they produce, and — if you unlock the full report — your email and company name.
• — Chatbot demo: the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate a response.
• — Automatic data: standard server and analytics information such as your approximate location, browser, and the pages you view, collected by our hosting provider.

We use your information to answer your inquiry, send you the report you requested, follow up about working together, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us operate.

We rely on a small set of third-party services, each of which handles your data under its own privacy terms:

• — Resend — delivers the emails our forms generate.
• — Anthropic — powers the chatbot demo; messages you send it are processed to produce a reply.
• — Cal.com — handles discovery-call booking when you schedule a call.
• — Vercel — hosts the site and provides infrastructure-level analytics.

If you unlock the scorecard report, we may send you a short series of follow-up emails. You can opt out at any time by replying to any of them and asking to stop, and we'll remove you promptly.

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to follow up and maintain our records, and no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@ahead.haus and we'll take care of it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
